Please contact the organizer directly with questions about their event.

Listing your affiliate event

After your event receives approval from the CERC chairperson, your affiliate's leadership team can set up the event using the AEA's CEU Event Manager Tool. The seminar details—such as the event name, location, date, and topics/speakers—will automatically be displayed on the page.

Need to submit your affiliate event for approval?

You can download and print the AEA Affiliate Event form and submit it to the CERC for review.

Planning an AEA Sponsored Affiliate Event

When planning your event:

  • Secure your place and date.
  • After you hire your speakers, get them approved by filling out your CEU Application for Affiliate Events form for each speaker.
  • Prepare your schedule, including the time of each lecture. Remember you are only permitted to award 10 hours or 1.0 CEUs per AEA Affiliate seminar.
